The Guilds’ office in the Piranshahr city in a formal letter to the guilds of real estate consultants and car showers in the Piranshahr city has announced that they are not entitled to any transfer, purchase and sale of movable and immovable property of “Osman Rahmani”Kurdish political activist.
Roji Kurd: “On 31,January,2018 the guilds room of the Piranshahr city,in a formal letter to the guilds of real estate consultants and car showers in the Piranshahr city He is not entitled to any transfer, purchase and sale of movable and immovable property of “Osman Rahmani” Kurdish political activist, and his property has been seized and confiscated”, according to the report of the Kurdistan Human Rights Organization_Rojhelat
The verdict was handed down by the court of the city of Piranshahr and communicated through the Chamber of Commerce of the city to these guilds.
On 3,January,2018 “Osman Rahmani” from Zivieh Lajan village of functions Piranshahr city,after the conflict between the forces of the Kurdistan Democratic Party of Iran and the IRGC’s “Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps”was forced to Leaving Iran and becoming one of the neighboring countries of Iran.
