Seven people were sentenced to death and long-termimprisonment

Iranian judicial system sentenced a Kurdish citizen of Oshnavieh to death and another six to a long-term imprisonment.

According to Mirovayeti news agency, the revolutionary courtbranch one in Urmieh have issued a capital punishment and in total 100 years jail sentence for 7 Kurdish citizen of Oshnavieh in the Iranian Kurdistan.

Mirovayeti correspondent said that revolutionary court in Urmieh have accused all these Kurdish citizen of Iran of co-operating with Kurdish opposition party in Iran.

The identity of detainees and their sentences are as followed:

1) Hedayet Abdullah Pour, death penalty
2) Hasel Azizi, 25 years imprisonment.
3) Muhammad Zahir faramerzi, 20 years imprisonment.
4) Yakub Ba Ekram, 15 years imprisonment.
5) Jalal Masrouri, 15 years imprisonment.
6) Kamal Masrouri 11 years imprisonment.
7) Sadiq Ba-Ekram, 10 years imprisonment.

These entire 7 Kurdish citizen are from Qarasaqel village of Oshnavieh region.

In May 2016 during a conflict between PDKI Peshmergeh forces and Revolutionary Guard 6 Peshmergeh died and Numbers of Revolutionary Guard forces were killed. This incident took place in Qarasaqel village.

Previously branch 101 of the Criminal Court and security forces in Oshnavieh had sentenced 5 Kurdish citizens on several accounts to a total ofdecades imprisonment sentences.

Mirovayeti agency had previously published all suspended sentences for the above mentioned 5 detainees as followed:

1) Saber Rasoul Pour Arnaie son of Esmail, on four accounts, in total 19 years imprisonment.

2) Reza Ezzat Taj son of Mustafa, on four accounts, in total 19 years imprisonment.

3) Muhammad Abdullahi son of Osman, on four accounts, in total 12 years and 6 months imprisonment.

4) Faruq Shefahi son of Ibrahim, on two accounts, in total 7 years imprisonment.

5) Vali Sharifi son of Rahim, on one account 22 years suspended imprisonment and on another account was acquitted.
