Turkish jets bombed a village in Duhok province on Saturday, ruining four houses in the area.
Aland Goka, administrator for Kani Masi Parih, said “the jets bombed Sarfar village because the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) guerrillas approached the village.”
He added that no one was hurt in the attack.
Turkey has always exploited the presence of the PKK members in Qandil mountainous areas, stretching from the borders of Iran to Iraq and Turkey, to bomb Kurdistan Region’s bordering areas.
