Two more Kurdish inmates were hanged in Dizalabad Prison of Kermanshah province, northwest of Iran, according to a human rights organization.
Mirovayeti website reported on Monday that Tofiq Barhamnezhad,31, and Sayfullah Husseiniyan, 33, were executed on Saturday.
Barhamnezhad from the Kurdish town of Jawanrud and Husseiniyan from the Kurdish town of Saqqez were both sentenced to capital punishment over trafficking narcotics and drugs.
According to Mirovayeti, in the past 16 days, about 50 inmates were executed across Iran, including nine Kurdish convicts.
